1. Acceptance

2. What the Site is

The Site publishes short informational pages about what home foundation, basement, and crawl space repair costs, and it connects homeowners with companies that do that work. It is an advertising website.

We are not a repair company. We do not perform any repair, we do not inspect homes, we do not employ or supervise the companies you may be connected with, and we do not set or negotiate any price.

3. This is not professional advice

Everything on the Site is general information, written for a broad audience. It is not an engineering opinion, a structural assessment, a diagnosis of your home, or advice about your particular situation. No page on this Site can tell you what is wrong with your house or what the correct repair is. Only a qualified professional who inspects your property in person can do that.

Home repair costs vary widely by region, by the condition of the property, by the scope of the work, and by the company quoting it. Nothing on the Site is a quote, an estimate, a price, or an offer.

4. Leaving the Site

When you press yes on the question at the end of a page, you leave the Site and land on a website operated by an advertising partner. That website is not ours and these Terms stop there. What that partner collects, what it shows you, and what it does with your request are governed by its own terms and its own privacy policy. Read them before entering personal information.

Requesting quotes on that partner website is a paid home improvement project, not a giveaway. Foundation, basement, and crawl space repair is work that you pay for.

5. Contact from repair companies

If you submit a request on the partner website, the consent text you accept there authorizes repair companies to contact you by phone and by text message about your project, and some of those calls may be placed using automated systems. That agreement is between you and those companies. We are not part of it, we do not control how often they contact you, and we cannot withdraw that consent for you. Nobody obliges you to hire any company you speak with.

6. Who may use the Site

The Site is meant for adults located in the United States. It is not directed to anyone under 18. Visitors outside the United States are sent to a short notice page instead.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to scrape or copy it in bulk, or to reproduce its content elsewhere without our written permission. The text, layout, and code of the Site belong to us or to our licensors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
